Don’t Believe the Lie

You can defy the odds, write it down, put it in a blog

You are the True extension of God, so get involved in your life

Get out your knife, cut your slice of the pie

Don’t Believe the Lie

Because you can have it all, resolve to live life fully

Don’t be bullied by your fears, wipe away the tears

Be revered by yourself, only then can you truly revere someone else

All things that are love come from within, like being born again

Stop looking above, give yourself a hug a back rub

Begin to appreciate who you are, the star

You set the bar, am I preaching to the choir!

Don’t Believe the Lie

Let me reiterate why; you are pure positive energy in synergy with love   

It’s not somewhere out there, you are the heir, yes life is fair

Live consciously, not unaware, we all breath in air, even a twin is not a pair

Be your truth if you dare, like the Hare and the Tortoise, your life

It’s being recorded or reported

Live this life at your own pace, no experience is a waste

You belong in this race, space; walk, run, or jog with grace

Look life in the face, fear feels like mace, taste like paste

No disgrace, life is your mirror, you are worthy

Never inferior or superior, remember to decorate your interior

All life is spiritual, make joy your ritual, let love be habitual

You shall live and not die

Spread your wings, didn’t you know you could fly

Boy bye, life is my high, my sigh of relief,   

Become an athlete and practice what you preach

Only reach for inner approval, the removal of the fake

Shake it off like an earthquake, become awake, no mistakes

Life is great, everything is how it’s supposed to be

Live YOUR life, that’s the only way to be free
